Elinn is the founder and director of E’s FITNESS. She is one of Singapore’s most sought-after personal trainers, whose clients include professional athletes and everyday people.
Having been in the fitness industry since 2001, she knows how to get the best out of everyone who trains with her, through effective and creative workouts designed to make them perform optimally. With accomplished levels of knowledge and a resolute belief in fitness, Elinn has guided all her clients in achieving their desired goals in fitness.
Elinn holds a 3rd dan black belt in taekwondo and represented Singapore in her early days. Elinn dedicated herself to the study of Physiology and Personal Training, focusing especially on physical fitness, the anatomy and rehabilitation.

Chng Hong gained discipline in fitness since young as he wanted to change his life, being teased as a fat kid. He went on to pursue an education in Fitness Training (2016) as well as Sports Management (2016) in ITE College West, and is currently pursuing a Diploma in Sports (Wellness and Service) at Republic Polytechnic. He has a special interest in the areas of strength training and weight loss. Chng Hong finds it most satisfactory when his clients sees results, and in turn motivates them to attain more than they desired. When not training or in school, Chng Hong enjoys collecting shoes and good food.
Gerald is a dedicated and personable trainer who will help you to achieve your fitness goals. He has a diploma in Culinary Science at Temasek Polytechnic. During his Basic Military Training (BMT/NS) he dropped to a healthy 73kg, Gerald saw the physical changes and was motivated to maintain weight and size while training to lift more for Powerlifting and subsequently Strongman, looking out for form, function and performance. He soon discovered his true passion and pursued an advanced Diploma in Sports & Exercise Science (2017). He is also a competitive Strongman and recreational Powerlifter.
A former Fire Rescue Specialist with the SCDF, Arie embarked on his fitness journey by completing a diploma in Sports Science in 2012, to help him understand his body. He recovered himself from slip disc and a fractured left wrist through strengthening, and soon enough, started a commitment on bodybuilding and his results have motivated many, having participated at the Nabba Grand Prix Bodybuilding Competition in 2015.
Arie is a dedicated personal trainer and enjoys exercising with like-minded friends and clients. With a certificate in Sports Nutrition (ISSN), Arie likes to prepare tasty, balanced meals with his wife.

Laura specialises in designing and putting programmes of physiotherapy into practice: therapeutic exercise; dry needling; manipulations; massage; education; the use of electro-therapeutic and other modalities, with a focus on being and remaining active.

There are four types of trainings that our trainers focus on for their clients for the most effective effects and results.
Firstly, Functional training is a classification of exercise which involves training the body for the activities performed in daily life.
Secondly, Flexibility and Mobility: By including mobility work in their training to ensure they’re performing at their best and decreasing their risk for injury training includes stretching exercises to lengthen the muscles.
Thirdly, Dynamic strength: Dynamic Exercise activities keep joints, connecting tissues and muscles in good condition generally defined as strength displayed during movements.
Lastly, Rehabilitation is a treatment or treatments designed to facilitate the process of recovery from injury, illness, or disease to as normal a condition as possible.
