E’s Method

I am a Performance Coach and I adopt a holistic approach that emphasises optimism and positivity in training my clients. With a focus on form and posture, I aim at strengthening muscles and supporting joints for enhancing body flexibility and range of motion. I have trained a wide range of clients — many of whom have suffered from debilitating injuries — to a life free of pain and full of possibility. 
I firmly believe that fitness can be deeply empowering and my method targets both physical and mental training. I provide my clients not just with information about strength training but by imparting key skills and knowledge that allows them to understand their body better inculcate better lifestyle practices to be their strongest self.
