Through Elinn's patience and support my posture and back pain have drastically improved. My intensive rowing and other sports in my younger days left me with a bad posture, several incidents of slipped discs and general back pain for many years. 

I started seeing an osteopath in Paris and continued to do that when I came to Singapore and this helped me to keep these issues in check. My meeting with Elinn earlier this year has completely transformed me and I still can't believe that in 12 sessions, Elinn has built my core to the extent that I no longer have back pain, my shoulder and knee injuries have gone away and I can stand up virtually all day with no problem! 

Elinn has a very special approach....she is totally focused on listening carefully to what's going on and starting very slowly to build core strength. She shared her detailed plan with me every step of the way, filmed me doing my exercises so that I could do them at home and even coordinated with my Osteopath Lucy to make sure they were both on the same wavelength. She taught me the value of doing my exercises with control and focus rather than speed, which has been the key to my improvement. How is that for a coaching approach? 
Elinn is always is 100% present and attentive whenever I go for a session and I know she is totally with me in helping to improve. All of this is exceptionally unusual.

"For a long time, I've been struggling with my body image. It doesn't exactly help when your mom is a health nut and she criticises your body, which makes you feel even more ashamed. And I always put working out off because I'm always so tired after class. But now that I'm about to graduate and my current part-time job has flexible hours, I decided to REALLY DO IT. Trust me, it wasn't easy. I worked out twice a week & Elinn even put me on this no sugar diet with just simple carbs, veg and protein. Honestly it wasn't that bad. Loads of my friends have asked me "omg alex, how can you NOT have any chocolate?" And I just shrug at them. 
I started out this new regime of mine in early jan and lemme say, the results were amazing. I dropped down 2 dress sizes and I was able to fit into clothes that I couldn't wear last time. My arms are more tone so I can wear short sleeve shirts whoop whoop! My friends noticed the difference and I was very happy that it was noticeable! And because I've gotten more toned, I'm able to go around town in clothes that fit me, show off my body and not feel ashamed at all because I feel so good about myself and my body. It's very satisfying to see your results pay off. I've been with Elinn for at least 7 years but I've never truly WORKED out so much with her before. "I've been exercising for approximately 3 years. Most of my workouts consisted of HIIT cardio and mild weight training. However, after about 2 years, it got to a point where it felt like my workouts no longer had any effect. I would no longer sweat - even if I pushed myself, and my gains started to plateau. I tried to look up different workouts, but it all felt the same and I began to lose interest in exercise.
A couple of weeks ago, a friend recommended me Elinn as a personal trainer, as well as the gym. I actually live in the UK, and have been to a couple of 'top notch and expensive' gyms - and I can honestly say that this gym pretty much as everything! On weekends I go with a relative to Fitness First, and I actually prefer this gym.
So I attended my first personal training class with Elinn. In the past I had considered taking up personal training, but got too nervous. However, Elinn made me feel comfortable with her presence FAST. Hand on heart, I was drenched in my sweat. She corrected my form, pushed me to do my best, and I could actually feel the CORRECT target muscles working during the exercises she gave me (e.g. felt squats more in my back than my legs or glutes).
I now include the workouts and exercise she's taught me into my everyday training, and I love every one of them. Especially the moves that we did during the session for my arms! My arms are one of the places I have particular trouble in shedding fat - but I know that as long as I keep at it, I will definitely improve!
I would highly recommend Elinn! The only thing you would have to lose is not taking that leap to finally getting the body you've always wanted. Oh - my body also ached the next day, something that my body hasn't done in almost a year! Very happy!"

Elinn is my trainer for the past months. I went to her with pains on the left side of my body from head to toe and she designed a program to help me train and build my muscles throughout. Although the journey took a while but today I no longer have those pain in my body anymore and my range of motions has improved tremendously. 

Without her I might have to go for some operations to get rid of the pain in my foot as I was finding it hard to walk or even stand on my feet. But thanks to her, I am well now.

I share the same believe as Elinn that we need to exercise and maintain our body to go through old age - to age well and have a good life!

The last thing I want to do is to exercise more when dr says 'you have immune psoriatic arthritis and will always have knee pain'. 

But this perspective is changed forever when my good friend E introduced me to my PT Elinn, ya both E, by no means coincidental, a divine appointment. 

So Elinn started training me half a year ago and I begin to see myself getting stronger and body start to change (that's a good side effect) haha! Dr reduced my medication and the monthly jabs needed are now stretched to bi-monthly!

What I love about her routines is that they make me conscious about my daily life as well, carrying ntuc grocery bags, climbing down stairs, lifting heavy stuff..I became mindful of my posture and the correct techniques so as not to exert pressure on my bones and body.
